Frequently Asked Questions

1.  Can I use the software for more than one niche?

Absolutely.  Use it every year, again and again for any and every niche you like.

2.  What kinds of messages does Instant Niche Emails create?

My experience has been that a short and sweet email series, with valuable content and a personal touch is most effective.  Long newsletters, no matter how valuable, often get overlooked or filed away.  You want to "train" your readers to open your emails every time.  The best way to achieve this is to provide good content in a friendly manner.

3.  Can you share samples of the kinds of emails Instant Niche Emails creates?

Sure.  Here are the first three from a sample garden series I made.  I don't have the domain listed in the emails.  This is for illustrative purposes only.

Now, before you read them, remember, much of what comes out of the emails depends on how you fill out your Niche Treasure Hunt.

     Hi, {first_name_fix}

     Welcome to Garden Mania ! I'm so happy that you've joined my newsletter. I have some
    funny and unusual gardening tips to share over the course of the next year.

     After teaching elementary school for 17 years, I decided to take a break and do some
     writing, and of course, spend more time in the garden! I live on one acre and plant flowers
     in every nook and cranny I can possibly find. It's beautiful here.

     Well, let’s get started with your first gardening tip!

     Here's a delightful bit of knowledge. Apparently, slugs hate more than just salt in the kitchen.
     They despise caffeine, too. Pouring cold leftover coffee or tea around your plants can actually
     deter the pests from nearing your precious plants. The grounds are effective, too. But the liquid
     works even better. What a great way to save your hostas without using harmful pesticides!

     You’ll receive a tip like this one each week for as long as you like, {first_name_fix}

     Again, I appreciate your joining us – and we’ll see you in a few days!

     Take care,
     Lisa Preston

Hi, there, {first_name_fix}

It’s Lisa Preston here, from Garden Mania .

Just dropping in to share a practical gardening tip with you!
Hope you’re having a first rate week!

{first_name_fix}, you may or may not have heard this little tip. And
after you hear it, you may not want to try it! But I have read so many
places where it works. What on earth am I talking about? Urinating on
your compost pile. I'm serious. It's supposed to get the pile really cooking!
Now, we're only talking a few times here. It's not like you're pouring buckets
on it or anything. But the urea and nitrogen is supposed to be good for the
decomposition process. Go figure.

That’s our tip for the week!

Well, thanks again for joining us!  We appreciate you!
Take care,
Lisa

P.S. I can't wait to tell you about a great gardening book I've come across!
You'll love it! More next week!

Hello, my friend, {first_name_fix}

It’s Lisa, back again with your weekly gardening tip!

I recently saw this book – you may even have it on your shelf right now!
It comes very highly recommended, so I wanted to let you know about it,
in case you haven’t read it yet.

Trowel and Error - Over 700 Tips, Remedies and shortcuts for the Gardener
by Sharon Lovejoy
This book is a work of art. It's designed beautifully, and has original ideas to
implement in your garden - not the run-of-the-mill type stuff you read all the
time, either. Wonderful ideas for keeping pests at bay without using harmful
chemicals. You'll love the creative ideas Sharon comes up with, and I guarantee
you'll implement some of the ideas immediately! Extremely reader friendly, and
would make an excellent gift for any gardening friend.

As always, we’d love to hear you own tips and tricks.
Take care, and we’ll see ya next week!

P.S. Next week I'll tell you a few secrets about getting rid of dastardly Japanese Beetles.

4.  What exactly do I have to do to get the email series completed?

First off, you complete the Niche Treasure Hunt, which is in the manual.  This takes
about an afternoon to complete, so take your time.  I explain exactly what steps to
take to get the information for your niche.

Next, you insert the answers into the software.  There is an additional "Cut and Paste"
page that you can use in picking your favorite openers, closings, and extra info for the emails.  Choose what you like and insert that into the software when it's asked for.

You can choose to complete the entire series of emails (a year's worth) in one sitting,
or you can complete three months at a time.  It's up to you.

5.  What's this about creating blog entries, podcast scripts, articles and ebooks from the software?

Once you're done with the Niche Treasure Hunt, you have it made.  What comes out of the
software can be used for emails or blog entries on the spot.  Just upload them and you're done.

The second manual shows you examples of how to use the emails as a base for your interesting and addictive podcast scripts.

Then there's a bonus template that you insert material from the Niche Treasure Hunt into, and  you have an instant, interesting special report to offer to your readers for signing up to your list.  Instant Ebook!  You can also use the article templates to create 9 niche articles.

The one piece of software is versatile enough to be used for all your email marketing, blogging, and podcasting needs.  And remember, you can use it over and over for multiple niches.
